My first post was denied because it was deemed a shipping problem and not manufacturers problem.The creases in the hat have nothing to do with shipping. It was folded twice and placed inside the manufacturers bag, not Amazons bag. This is a quality control problem from the maufacturer that should be addressed and customers need to know this instead of seeing only the 5 star reviews.I will be sending this product back.Don’t buy it .My 3 year old loves this hat and purse. It’s super cute and the hat fits her really well. This is great for play, dress up, or as a photo prop. It is made well and the straw is put together perfectly. The butterflies are secure on the purse and attached to string on the hat. The string is attached in the back of the hat but with a toddler the string we are putting back in place all the time. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
