I previously had purchased a ceramic phrenology head to mount my VR headset and headphones on, but the ceramic wasn't balanced for the job. Then I gave this a try and was initially very worried, because it's not weighty at all but is really quite large. I also worried that the head was too small for the job. Upon setting it up it turns out that my fears were ill-founded. The headset tightens down perfectly on the head, and despite being lightweight to bust is balanced just right to support the weight.Additionally, although I was initially putting the headphones over the headset on the mount, I have since started hanging them over the mannequin's shoulder, which is a perfect little notch for holding the pretty beefy set. All this and the thing looks absolutely spectacular, too. I've had it for a year or two now, and I'm just back to the page to order another for my office at work. If you're looking for a clean, inexpensive, cool-looking place to store a headset or headphones, I really do think this is a great option.It was exactly what I was looking for and got to me a lot sooner then was estimated.
